Management did not have to give us day for day but they did which I am grateful for. I can’t complain about 50+ days to use. The payout would have been nice. Even though we are not filing a grievance we should still use it at the bargaining table. The big picture like you said is the contract and the step compressions is the most important.
Are we or have we filed a grievance for the covid time not being paid out?
